For the CNA program/class, here is a basic timeline for submitting the registration forms:

Background Authorization: This form should be submitted immediately after enrolling in the program.
Physical/TB Forms: You are expected to submit these forms by the orientation date.
Registration Forms/Enrollment Agreement: After enrolling in the program, you should promptly submit these forms.

The CNA Training program costs $1,900 and covers the following:

160 hours of lecture and training
NAT Textbook provided by the American Red Cross
Live Scan Fingerprinting service
Practice Tests for preparation
Education and Career Counseling
