Students engage in a total of 160 training hours, split between 60 hours of classroom or online learning and 100 hours of supervised clinical practice within a Skilled Nursing Facility. Taught by industry-experienced healthcare instructors, this program emphasizes both technical capability and compassionate caregiving, all within small-group learning sessions. Its fast-paced structure is designed to quickly transition students into meaningful roles within the healthcare field.
