Become a certified Home Health Aide with Los Angeles Skills Academy

Receive certification as a Home Health Aide with our Home Health Aide courses. Learn the essential skills required for providing in-home care and assistance to elderly individuals, patients with disabilities, individuals who are chronically ill, and for those in hospice.

How the CNA to HHA Pathway Works

To complete the HHA training and receive your certificate, you must hold a California CNA Certificate or Diploma. However, you can begin the HHA course immediately after finishing your CNA training—even before taking the CNA state exam. Your HHA Certificate will only be released once you pass the CNA exam.
